Q: Where is your office located?

A: We're located in Shanghai, China. Please refer to our 'Contact Us' page for detailed address.


Q: What graphic standards will you follow when you work on my project?

A: We follow your graphic standards if you have. If you don't have your own standards, we follow US NCS (National CAD Standards).


Q: What are your normal working hours?

A: We normally work between 9:00-18:00 (GMT+8), Monday through Friday. However, for urgent projects, we can work 7 days a week without additional fees.


Q: How do I send assignments to you and who will I have to contact?

A: You can send assignments through e-mail to info@beygee.com. One of our project managers will respond you and work with you till the completion of your project.


Q: Are there minimums for pricing?

A: Yes. Our minimum billing is USD300.


Q: Are you willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

A: Sure.


Q: What are your payment terms?

A: For typical payment terms, please refer to our 'Price' page. Old clients can pay us monthly at the beginning of the next month.


Q: How do we communicate?

A: Most communication is done via e-mail which is the clearest and the easiest way. We respond to e-mails within 10 min to max. 8 hrs. 


Q: What are the possibilities of our meeting with your team?

A: You are always welcome to visit our office and meet our team.


Q: Do your team travel to the North America, Europe or Oceania?

A: Yes. They would definitely be available to do so if required.


Q: How different do the drawings look if done offshore?

A: As we follow your standards or US NCS, the drawings look the same or better.
